I'm not happy that MG-Rover Australia isnt bringing out the Rover with the Xeon Head lamps. Is it possible to get it installed by your self cos i really like the look of them. and if i can how much would it cost me to get one of you to order the part in and send it over to me?

Welcome on board and many greetings to Down Under.

Unfortunatly i have to tell you that a Xeon fitting will cost at least 1000-1500 $.Coz you can't only replace the lighting bulbs but you must also install a new automatic headlamp alignement and the whole headlamp has to be replaced.
So the only thing(costs about 30 $) is to replace the standard bulbs with the H7 Xenon Blue type. These lamps give you a similar blue light as the Xeon ones and will improved the brightness of your standard headlamps about 30%.
