Wich precautions must you have concerning the ECU ?
Is the exhaust the same or must I replace parts ?
Is the gearbox the same ?

I think it can only be, that there isn´t enough cooling liquid in the aircondition. When your 75 wasn´t in use for some months it can happen.

anyway are your belts tight enough because slack belts can cause a metalic knocking noise when cold

My motor has a knocking sound especially when it`s cold. It is very distinct at 2-3000 revs.
When warm the sound is weaker. Oil pressure is OK.
Could it be a damaged piston ?
