Service (?) Menu Rover 75

Today I pressed the daycounterresetbutton while puting the carkey to on and I saw the message test.. and then I got into a menu 1.0, 1.1. etc.
it gave a lot of codes, basically numbers and I could scroll with pressing the button, there were 5 or 6 menu's.

I was wondering what they mean. are they fault errors? Are they things you can set? (like settings if you want your lights always on or off and other settings the dealer can do for you)


The reason I was doing this was because I had a fault front light and after replacing the warning light on the dashboard didnt switch off. I have checked all my lights but all seem to be ok. I dont know why the warning light is still on.

what you`ve found is a kind of test. Nothing to change any important options, but interesting to know.

Although all of your lights seem to be ok, there will be soon a failure. Our 75 is able to notice if anything is going wrong, that also means if a bulb is going to be down.

Thanks and my appologizes for not finding this by myself (I tried searching on the forum for an hour...)

Could it be that the resistance in the light I bought isnt good? So therefore system is thinking the light isnt ok?

Anyhow, I think I have to drive on and wait untill a light drops and replace it. Now all is working fine...
